Spare Parts & Maintenance:

We aim to provide a world-class after-sales service to help protecting your investment in plant and equipment. As well as sourcing spare parts, we can provide support for the Pharmas Solids production equipment of European key manufacturers, whether for a small, specialist, laboratory-scale or a major industrial plant.

Working with many of our customers on a planned maintenance basis, we ensure that their plant remains in optimal condition throughout its working life. For others, we conduct on-site surveys and inspections, and advise on upgrades, re-designs and process improvements.

Minor repairs can be carried out on site whilst major refurbishment or a full recondition of components of machines would normally take place at dedicated workshops of our team partners in Europe or Asia. We can arrange the shipping of components in these circumstances and can supervise re-installation and re-commissioning as required.

When dealing with heavier equipment which cannot be removed or replaced, we work closely with local partners to provide a comprehensive on-site repairs and maintenance service.

Mechanical design and quality of many machines made in Europe can last 20 ++ years. While the equipment is still operating well, controls and other electrical parts outdate much faster.

A typical example is the Siemens S5 PLC or HMI’s such as COROS, TP25, Lauer displays etc...One cannot buy spares any more or only at horrendous pricing? But your products run well on the machine! Maybe even are registered to it.

Today proven technology is available to retrofit compression machines with up-to-date controls and HMI’s. Also blister lines, IBC blenders, Highshear Rapid Mixer Granulators or Fluid Bed Processors.

The electrical modules and cabinets are preassembled thus minimizing the installation and re-qualification time to a few weeks.

 The expertise and international coverage of PharmaWorks™ service engineers combined with our technical knowledge enable us to provide a full service, covering the supply of spare parts, the repair of minor defects through to supervising the replacement of major sections and components.
